  • Melanotan (MT)-II是一种合成的黑皮质素 (melanocortin) 受体激动剂。它是可注射用的多肽荷尔蒙,可促进晒黑。

    后脑 POMC 神经元的作用:首次证实后脑注射瘦素或黑皮质素受体激动剂可通过后脑 POMC 神经元调节能量平衡,KO 小鼠的敏感性提升与 PTP1B 缺失介导的信号增强相关。

    瘦素通过中枢神经系统(如阿黑皮素原 POMC 神经元)调控能量平衡,但 POMC 神经元在垂体、下丘脑弓状核(ARH)和后脑孤束核(NTS)的分布如何影响能量代谢表型,以及 POMC 神经元特异性缺失蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶 1B(PTP1B)是否通过黑皮质素受体信号增强瘦素敏感性,仍不明确。本研究通过后脑(第四脑室)注射瘦素或黑皮质素 3/4 受体激动剂美拉诺坦 II(MTII),探究 POMC-Ptp1b 敲除小鼠(KO)与野生型小鼠(WT)的能量代谢差异。

    Ac-Nle-CycloAsp-His-D-Phe-Arg-Trp-Lys-NH2, also known as cycloastragenol, is a synthetic cyclic peptide that inhibits the activity of adipose β3 adrenergic receptors, leading to reduced fat accumulation.
