The tripeptide trileucine, found in casein and soy protein, was shown to increase the endothelial release of TXB₂, a stable marker of TXA₂. Inhibitor of human liver alanine aminopeptidase, Ki 0.054 mM. Addition of trileucine improved aerosol performance and stability of spray-dried powders for inhalation.
