BAM(8-22) TFA, a proteolytically cleaved product of proenkephalin A, is a potent activator of Mas-related G-protein-coupled receptors (Mrgprs), MrgprC11 and hMrgprX1, and induces scratching in mice in an Mrgpr-dependent manner.
BAM(8-22)是感觉神经元特异性受体(SNSR)的内源性肽激动剂(SNSR3和SNSR4的EC50分别为28和14nM)。它通过与NMDA受体相互作用而发挥脊髓镇痛作用。BAM(8-22)与BAM 22相比没有显示出对阿片受体的亲和力。
BAM (8-22) is an endogenous peptide agonist for the sensory neuron specific receptor (SNSR) (EC50 = 28 and 14 nM for SNSR3 and SNSR4, respectively). It exhibits spinal analgesic effects by interacting with NMDA receptors. BAM (8-22) displays no affinity for opioid receptors compared to BAM 22.
